Audiovisual Restoration Project
The following represents an ongoing effort to restore Queen's promo videos to the best possible quality that can be achieved using publicly available sources. They're grouped into categories that reflect the tracklisting of the original video releases back in the 1980s and '90s collectively known as Greatest Flix.

Most of the videos have fade-ins and fade-outs that utilise single frames. This is due to the source material not including the intro and outro elements for each video. Later editions of the videos (notably on the DVD Greatest Video Hits) include these missing parts but they were cropped to widescreen and are unusable for this project.
Consider these Mk. I editions of the videos. Mk. II will hopefully bring back the missing intros and outros, audio tweaks, removal of dust, dirt and scratches in the filmed videos and in addition, reconstruction of Killer Queen with modern drawing, typeface and animation tools.
Greatest Flix II is coming soon, stay tuned. Videos not appearing on Greatest Flix I & II such as Backchat, These Are the Days Of Our Lives and Scandal will be included in a supplementary set called Greatest Additional Flix, not to be confused with the 1999 video release, Greatest Flix III.
